Sitting to write todays blog, I think about all the recent insurance claims we were called out to . Water insurance claims come to the forefront of my mind.

There are many signs to look out for in a domestic water leak home insurance claim. In the insurance industry, this is termed as an “escape of water” claim. Noticing a brownish yellow stain on your ceiling could indicate a leak in your upstairs bathroom or shower or a leaking pipe within your ceiling. Seeing patches of dampness on your walls or skirting boards may well be a sign of a leak under the floor. Loose wall tiles, loose floor tiles and areas of damp on your timber floors can also be signs of a leak.
